Do you offer a furnished option for my new apartment at 5111 S University?Yes. For an extra $100/month (on top of the rental rate of the unit you select), we will provide the following: Full size bed frame (no mattress), one night stand, a table with two chairs, two person couch, coffee table, and a mounted tv to the wall (42-50"). These items will be added to your lease and owned by the lessor.
